We can create coupons, specials or discounts for your customers, and all for free!
Can I use my own domain name or sub domain?
Yes! We do not direct your customers to another site.
What if I have multiple locations?
When your system is set up, it can be added to all your locations.
Are credit card fees included in DollarPerOrder’s pricing?
No, your payment processing fees are extra and are handled by your payment processor directly . For online payments, we recommend using Stripe or PayPal as these are trusted and secure.
How do I get paid by customers?
You can either accept payment at time of pickup/delivery or use an online payment provider and accept credit cards online. With either option, customers are paying you directly. No middle man.
Can I turn my website/menu into an app?
Yes, contact us for more details. We’d be glad to help make that happen!
In what currency does DollarPerOrder charge its fees?
We are based in Canada and invoice monthly in Canadian Dollars.
How does the per order fee work?
No matter the total cost of the order, you only pay $1.00/order to use our ordering system. For example: an order of $15.95 will cost only $1.00 and an order of $198.00 will also only cost $1.00. Simple pricing makes more sense. At the end of each month, you will get a report summary of all your orders using our ordering system with a simple invoice.
How much does the DollarPerOrder online ordering system cost?
We charge only $1.00 CAD per order.
How long is the contract?
DollarPerOrder works as a month to month service. There are no long term contracts or commitments. You can cancel at anytime.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
We will setup the online ordering system, free of charge, on your site for you to try out free for 30 days.
Do you guys deliver the food for us?
We are not a delivery service. We are an online ordering service. If you want to offer delivery services, you can deliver yourself or through a third party service.
Are there any limits to the menu? Can I change my menu?
There are no limits to the amount of menu items, coupons or modifications that can be made.
How long does it take to get up and running?
We know your customers are ready for this! We will get you up and running in only a few days (depends on the complexity of your menu). Also, we will need your help to supply information, quickly answer our questions and review your online menu when completed. The faster you get back to us, the faster you will be able to take online orders.
